Shopype — I ordered note 8 pro but did not get yet

I ordered redme note 8 pro on 29 october 2019 worth rs13774 with discount but did not get my product till now and when i demanded shipment id of the product they refused to give and told me that my product will be delivered by 7 of november when i contacted on 7 november they told it will be delivered on the next day and from 8th evening their website is not working and phone number is also not working please help me
