I have ordered a mobile phone redmi note 8 on 31th oct 2019. Now when i'm trying to open the site, is not working not even customer care number. And i am not getting any update for my order. Is shopype a fraud website?
Therefore i want to know my order status, or whether it will get delivered or not, if it's not then i want my money to be refunded... Or if it is getting delivered to me, then i want the details of my order i, e tracking number so that i can track my order and also please let me know the alternative contact details of this company... If i wont get any update in further 2 days then i'll be going to file a complaint and you'll be going to face the legal consequences... Was this information helpful? |
