Shovia Services — fraud blackmail

They entered me into an agreement saying they would pay me back after 10 days and i dont have to double click on one link otherwise i would have to pay penalty but on the second day itself there were same links as the first day. As i was told not to double click on the same link i did not do so. Now after 10 days they have sent me a legal notice of paying 4500 rupees. I am a student how m i supposed to do so.
