What to say and what to write.. Horrible and frustrating experience I am having with JIO. I understand that being Jain, I should support such nobel cause but the way all things has been taken care that is absolutely (No words to describe) from customers point of view.
I might have called more than 1000 times of JIO's number to resolve my payment related issues but you will shock to know that no one responded to this... Then finally I got Alliance's contact details... Some how able to make contact with them but again same story repeated.. They are responding to call but transferring to Phase-1 team and then no response to call...
So difficult to get Mediclaim insurance even though I have paid money.. I regret on my decision for opting Shrvak Aroyagam... This could have been better if I had purchased from ICICI, Star Health or etc...
Thanks to Mukesh Ambani for making free outgoing calls... Otherwise I could have charged couple of money for making so many calls which are unanswered...
Really frustrating...
