Dear Sir/Madam, We are putting up this matter on behalf of the Classic Residency RWA Raj Nagar Extension with a strong hope of justice towards our matter. We strongly believe that you can only help us in getting justice from harrassment of builder. RWA Prevailing Issues - 1. Higher Power Tarriff Rates- Builder is charging Rs.5.54/unit against the govt. rate. meanwhile Govt Approved Rate is Rs.4.89/unit at max. 2.T&D Losses [protected]@12-16% charged to residents which is totally unethical and not approved by UPERC. 3.Unjustified common area charges. Residents are increasing in society and instead of a decrease in charges, residents are forced to pay more charges day by day. 4. Parking Space has been charged while doing allotment of flats and parking is still non functional and fully developed even after 2-3 years. 5.Inadequate Security and Development in Society premises, as promised by builder. RWA Actions till date - 1. RWA contacted Chief Electrical Engineer(C.E.(E) and Ex Engineer C.E.(E) Lucknow) and they certified that govt. approved rates are Rs. 4.50/KWH. Builder Authorities are not paying attention to residents of society and also govt. rules and regulations. 2. RWA has raised concerns to builder Shree Energy Developers several times through several letters, strikes and other meaningful & peaceful ways of protest against builder atrocities.Builder has shown negligent behaviour and attitude on the concerns of issues prevailing in society. You are hereby kindly requested to help us and raise our voice of justice with the concerned authorities. Builder is unable to handover the society due non completion of various constructional activities as 6 years lapsed from completion period. Due to lack of proper facilities, commercial appreciation drowned.
Mainly they are not professional realtors & approach is not in true spirit for residents welfare.
