Shree Ganesh Enterprises — They delivered wrong product

I have a call from the no. [protected] on 25/10/2016.
They told me that he is talking from Samsung company and my no has been selected for an offer through which a Samsung galaxy j7 phone pricing aroung 14k is given to you in 3200 . They ask me to book the order and i accepted the offer and they ask my address and told me to receive the product in 5-6 days from nearest post office, i said ok.Then yesterday (date 4/11/2016) they called me and said that sir your phone is arrived to the post office please collect it from there.
Today i went there and collect the product from them and when i opened it, there is no mobile phone in the box instead of it, I got a murti of goddess laxmi along with a charn paduka and some more such things. I told the postmaster to give my money back they refused to doing it.
I called the company and they told that sorry sir by mistake wrong product is delivered to you, we will give your money back to you 2-3 days, but they had not given ne any such information on the basis of which i can complain on them.
