Shree Om Sai Nath-Car On Rent Limited — refund of invested amount as the company failed ton remit the amount through each as per agreement and cheated me

I had lodged an application for refund of invested amount pertaining to shree om sainath car on rent limited to the officer-in-charge economic offence wing police station mandir marg new delhi on 11.09.2014. I had deposited a sum of rs. 1, 25, 000/- as per agreement made by the company on stamp paper. I have not refunded even a single one paisa against my investment. I had retired on completion of terms and engagement from army on 31 jul 2009 and invested amount out of hard earned pensionary benefits. I had enclosed agreement, post dated cheques and other connected documents issued by the company, however, no response has been received from anywhere.
