Shree Ram Agency — Hot shaper/ product is not the way it was discribed and also company is not following the return policy

I have purchased this hot shaper after watching a tv commercial where it shows that it generates sweat which leads to weight reduction. I have received it on 1 june with a bill on the name of shree ram agency saying that the distributor is from vijayawada. After trying for 3 days full day i came to know that sweat is not coming. I thought i will return it so from 5 june i am trying the same number from where i ordered [protected].

When they came to know that i am complaining abt a product either they are disconnecting the call or say that you will get a call back and disconnects and no calls are returned. Its high time. Its mentally harassing the customer where they arrange and pay such amt. 3300 rs. 2990 for product and 300 for delivery. And after all this they are not doing proper customer service if the product is not as advertise.

Need the money back at any cost.
