After watching TV advertisement, we have ordered the belt costing RS.1900 and develivered from Shree Ram Agency (Tin No:[protected]) 7-Jun.2016 and when we called back to Divya ([protected]) to exchange the item, they said they will get back to us and no respose at all till date.
Total 2 piece - 1 was damanged earlier adn the other one is also damaged due to low quality.

We want replacement or money...

I have purchased this hot shaper after watching a tv commercial where it shows that it generates sweat which leads to weight reduction. I have received it on 1 june with a bill on the name of shree ram agency saying that the distributor is from vijayawada. After trying for 3 days full day i came to know that sweat is not coming. I thought i will return it so from 5 june i am trying the same number from where i ordered [protected].
