Book two parcel from Bhagalpur (Bihar) to Hooghly (West Bengal). Consignment numbers are[protected] and[protected] on 22nd June 2021. Today received a call from a number and told me that they are unable to deliver my parcel at door step. They are telling me to receive the parcels from their office. The number is [protected].     We had booked a document on 08.04.2021 to Delhi, CN No.[protected]. But the said document has not been delivered yet. We are in continuous talk with your Office at Siliguri and at Delhi. Today the dehli person had messaged to client that he has put in Box. But my client has not received... Why was it put in Box when it should be hand delivered at Home ?

    This is an important document . Please let us know the exact status. If it cannot be delivered at the address Kindly return us back at Siliguri.

          My consigment no is[protected]. My courier was booked on 13.04.2019 from sahibganj for faridabad. And it reached faridabad on 18.04.2019 and was delivered today to my security guard. Although my wife was at the house. Niether the assistant called me to ask for any inconvienence.

          There were some important documents in the form of cheques mentioned confidential on the envelop, but was ended over to some unkown person without contacting to anyone.

          Such type of neglegency from your personnel deserves a punishment in the form of monetary loss. So, it does ot happen again.

          Or i want an apology call from the personnel, otherwise i will left with no option to take this matter to consumer forum, as it could have been a great loss to me.

            My father sent a parcel which had dry fruits and sweets prepared by my relative for me and he approached shree shyam couriers surat branch to send it to me in bangalore. I got the parcel 2.5 weeks late and it was totally damaged. Courier number[protected]. The parcel boy wasnt co-operative plus very rude and pathetic reviews. First they said to my father that they delivered it to me but on cross checking with me, courier guy lied and no approach they did to send the parcel on time to me.

                My cn no. Is[protected]. It is booked from giridih to darbhanga on 28/7/2017. But neither it reached the destination nor they returned the courier to me. Many times i went to the courier company also but there is no any response from their side. Very poor service is provided by your company. I want my courier back at giridih destination within 10 days otherwise i will go to the consumer court with your cn receipt.

                          I had send one very important document in your courier, C.No[protected], on 15th Feb'16 in Pune Bajaj office address, But till date they are not confirming the receive. Lattest data uploaded in your tracking as on 18th Feb'16 is OUT FOR DLY.

                          How irresponsible can be a courier company like yours. I had occurred loss n mental tension due to not delivery in time though I had paid your charges at time of Booking.

                          Update me the status immediately or else I may go to the shelter of Law.

                            An envelope containing important school document was couriered on 26 june from Shahpura, Jaipur. Post was supposed to be delivered at Gandhi nagar, Ajmer. Post has not been received till July 1, 2015. On contacting courier company's office at Ajmer, they refused to delivered it at Gandhi nagar, Ajmer. They told we don't have service for Gandhi nagar. When I asked then why the courier was received for dispatch. They told its the fault of Shahpura office. So when I contact at shahpura's company office he said courier has been sent from here. Its the fault of ajmer' office. I have lost my important document and got mental torture and because of faulty service and loss of document admission of my son has been delayed
