This is quite devastating that the sender has paid for the doorstep delivery and after accepting the parcel now they asks to collect the parcel on our own.
I don't know why the parcel was accepted at the time of creating shipment of the same if area is not serviceable. When asked from the people who called me up for the same they says they do not know and I should ask the pick up people for the same. When asked that you cannot ask the representative said no they does not . Helpless in this situation. Was this information helpful? |
