Your servicing depots are collecting much charges over the parcel like we shipped the parcel of 10.1 kg. They should have collected the charges 10.1 kg @ 60 = 606 but they are taking the amount of 11 kg @ 60 = 660. If we are supposed to ship 50 couriers in a month and the .100 grams comes for 50 couriers, then the extra cost for our couriers would be 3000 Rs. Which should be only 300 Rs. You can also see the difference between the actual cost of shipment and what are the prices which are collected from us by your depots. We have been regular customers of your service for the last 7 year.
But this situation we face with every depot we worked with. The one with we currently working is Jyotsana Enterprises.

Most of the ppl from North and bangslore send their parcels thro this Sreetirupati courier service and we use the courier for fast delivery but these ppl never know the meaning of delivering on time, so pathetic service and the person called Mr.Jay from one of the branches in chennai says very sluggishly that he come to the area only once a week, my parcel is lying there from 31st and ths person doesn't even bother to deliver it on time and...

They provide you with very bad customer service. They misbehave with you and won't deliver your courier. They ask you to collect from office. They won't even provide you with the contact number of delivery boy and even being very very rude towards you. I pay them the amount they had asked and then they are behaving like this. Till yesterday, I'm not provided with the delivery agent contact number. I had asked them many times.

My parcel was tampered and the contents of the parcel were damaged. There was rakhi and a cup, the cup was broken into pieces. Have already complained but no action has been taken, I have pictures of the condition in which the parcel was sent and in which it was received, let me know where to send those....

Courier reached in destination city but not delivered even in 5 days... no status update on their website. No customer care no given, no email id given which can be used to contact for... looks like this company itself is a fraud.

AWB no[protected] i don't now how many days it take to delivered from yovatmal to yovatmal.from Mumbai to yovatmal it take 3 days but from yovatmal to yovatmal after 16 days same was not yet delivered.the courier boy response very badly got called from the number [protected]. Very very bad service I already complaint in tirupati courier but no response from last 5 days no one can help.or do any thing in my complaint.

The above captioned awb has been wrongly returned siting incomplete address receiver not contactable however the address provided is fully correct. On the same address without any contact by executive I have received Another parcel awb no.[protected]. It was delivered without any issues.

When I had provided same address to both senders. The awb[protected] is wrongly returned I have to pay again courier charges to get this parcel. This is seriously wrong please get my parcel re picked and delivered.

I havn't received my courier though their website shows it delivered. When called for the enquiry in Bhosari office, lady attending the call was very rude. She said they will return the courier. I dont know why its status show delivered when they havn't delivered. People attending customers are very unprofessional.

I had sent a courier from Sri Tirupati Courier, but it came back and after that I sent again, But still there is no trace of that courier, and how many no. But I have seen by calling, everyone is talking rudely and disconnected the call, I have never seen such poor service till date. This person is very rude [protected]

Shri tirupati courier service DSP bunglow jamnagar rang up from M No [protected] and told me to collect the courier and said they don't deliver to yogeshwardham near dhinchada under pin code 361006in this society 500 houses are there and thousands family resides in near by colony since last 6years I am facing same problem if this area doesn't cover under pin code 361006.your accepting branch should not accept for particular area.You must include this area which are most developed and every courier service deliver in tirupati, yogeshwardham, Pushpak park. Thousands and thousands houses are there and maximum other languages people stay.It is good for business also.your company should resurvey and include this area.Balaji park1, 2, 3, shivtowanship, Ravi park, Dwarkadhish colony, yogeshwardham, Nilkanth society, Tirupati park, vayu Nagar, Senanagar, Defence colony, swaminaryan society etc.A very big area good for business view.

Some rude staff (Ashok) called and said we do not deliver to your area you would have to come and pickup . I told him i have received courier in the past from them and even i received a courier a week back from them so i cannot beleive this area is non servicable. He became rude and said we cannot deliver, if you come its okay otherwise i am returning back the courier. Complaint about me if you can

Order from Amazon but package not delivered to final destination which was located on main road and very well known location in Ahmedabad. I'd.[protected]. Tirupati offi.Opp, Galaxy Cinema, Naroda, called to collect from office which was 5km away.

This is quite devastating that the sender has paid for the doorstep delivery and after accepting the parcel now they asks to collect the parcel on our own.
I don't know why the parcel was accepted at the time of creating shipment of the same if area is not serviceable. When asked from the people who called me up for the same they says they do not know and I should ask the pick up people for the same. When asked that you cannot ask the representative said no they does not . Helpless in this situation.

I got a call from the Vijay nagar branch Indore that u come and collect the parcel I said no it’s far I can’t come he said ok and cut the phone than I called after 15 mints that u come at satyasai chawraha I can come there and take the parcel he said I have returned it back how rubbish this stupid man can be ### person he should first confirm me that i[censored] don don’t come I will return it back first he did not said this and returned it back without asking me see please take it seriously as Tirupati service is worst u know all are upset about this because such ### people hi naam kharab karte hai

Courier is in Nagpur for 5 days but not yet delivered to home

A set of school books were sent to dehradun from Mumbai on 21.06.2021 with docket number[protected] ..but after rigorous follow up with mumbai office the delivery was not made..finally I asked my family member to enquire at dehradun office. But they replied rudely that the parcel has been delivered on 27.06.2021 on 01.07.2021..they told that they will call back after checking the receipts and the detail of person who received it..I also called them and I got the same answer that it has been delivered. But to our horror and dismay the parcel was still lying in there office and that too I'm opened condition..I have the recordings of the conversation and fotos of the parcel

Once parcel received to the Erode Branch office they should make it deliver to the customer.But if we call them regarding the parcel they asked us to come to the office and collect the percel if you need.
This is not the way to behave, we are paying also for the home delivery service, instead they are telling your area is not in our service list.

Very bad experience, worst customer service and parcel handling....

Your franchise hasn't any manner to talk with customer yesterday i got call from your franchise she said we will not deliver your courier at your place, you have to come here & pick the courier. We can't come to your place n give courier & if you will not come today then i will return your parcel & etc.

No matters of talk to the customer, if we have to pick the couier then no matter to take your service. Take serious action against this franchise else i will file a case against you.

Tracking number[protected], i have sent a parcel to ranchi from Kishangarh Rajasthan.

But it is not delivered to the concern party yet online it is showing that parcel is delivered.

When i contacted to Ranchi tirupati executive they said that they have returned my parcel because the receiver party has refused to accept parcel.

I don't know what is going on i just wanted to know where is my parcel

I received totally damaged product.
The product price was 10000 rupees, it was a ride on car for kids, the delivery charge was 2000 rupees it was packed buy me and given to courier office they also made extra packing materials to cover it again, the weight was 13 kg and I paid 2000 rupees for courier service,
But the service you provide is very bad as my total product is broken and my 10000 + 2000 rupees is wasted because of your careless transportation and services.

Item missed in parcel I have informed to both agenice in surat and Baroda but no response from them please do needful inthis

Sir I have booked item at surat and delivery at Baroda but 1 item in box is missing at the time of delivery I have asked surat booking office they asked 2 days but no response. Delivered by Baroda they also not responded do I need justice from your end courier no[protected]

With due respect I Ujjwal dutta had send an parcel on date 12.02.2021 for destination in jabalpur (m.p) on tracking my courier order no.[protected] it has arrived on date to jabalpur but still its not being received at my home address the mobile number what's being mentioned in jbp to communicate([protected], [protected]) is not responding why they don't respond to the customer, this kind of service and poor facility shows that our country cannot compete to the western world.

Respected sir/ madam, this is Sujatha . I ordered dresses from kavirajcreations and they used this courier service and mentioned it will take 2-3 weeks to deliver hyderabad location. After several calls came to know they have delivered but not us. They delivered to a someone else. When I enquirer about my parcel they said its delivered and we have signature. Then I mentioned we didn't receive the parcel and whatever signature they are showing on slip doesn't belong to any of our family members. After that both courier boy and courier company are not responding to my messages and calls. Please help me getting refund of my order🙏.

My AWB no is[protected]..I courier my parcel from rajnagar extension Ghaziabad to Dehradun..after reaching my parcel dehradun they were not ready to deliver parcel at home..and calling them to take there parcel from office.. after that without any further information they returned my courier to my address..when I told for my refund as obvious they denied..Swati Gupta (through which I booked my parcel)told" ab agar wo receive Karne Nahi aa sakte to kya Mai jau kya delivery dene"these are her words she took 350 rs for 2kg only..I want you to take legel action against her so that she will not cheat others in future..

Hello my order was booked on 7th December December at yamunanagar at on 9th December it was at delhi and today is 12 December and still it is in Delhi i want my parcel till 14th December.
