I ordered dresses from kavirajcreations and they used this courier service and mentioned it will take 2-3 weeks to deliver hyderabad location. After several calls came to know they have delivered but not us. They delivered to a someone else. When I enquirer about my parcel they said its delivered and we have signature. Then I mentioned we didn't receive the parcel and whatever signature they are showing on slip doesn't belong to any of our family members. After that both courier boy and courier company are not responding o my messages and calls.
