One parcel I booked on 30.01.2024 from Raghunathpur, Purulia, Pin 723133 vide AWB NO[protected] addressed to the Director of Air Veterans, AFRO BULIDING, SUBROTO PARK, N DELHI 10. Though the office is well known and located in the city, courier person did not reach there and returned the parcel to me giving reason, call not received on 06.02.24. I have collected the same item from Companys Raghunathpur outlet toady ie 19/02/24.
If the call is not attended by the office, isn't it the responsibility of the courier service to deliver the parcel by going to the office physically?
If the courier company is at fault, why it should not be punished and financial damage should be given to me for the deficiency in services? Was this information helpful? |
