One parcel I booked on 30.01.2024 from Raghunathpur, Purulia, Pin 723133 vide AWB NO[protected] addressed to the Director of Air Veterans, AFRO BULIDING, SUBROTO PARK, N DELHI 10. Though the office is well known and located in the city, courier person did not reach there and returned the parcel to me giving reason, call not received on 06.02.24. I have collected the same item from Companys Raghunathpur outlet toady ie 19/02/24.

This consignment[protected] booked on 2.8.21 but till the date I have not received it but status on web showing delivered on 4.8.21 .I talked in Uttam Nagar office they say that consignment is still with them and saying that there is rain for last 3 days but there is no rain in last 3 days .I am suffering a loss due to delay .This is the third time I am suffering from same pain ....

This is the first courier service where customer care no. doesn't work, if by chance someone receives it, they don't gjve proper update about the courier, it's been 9 days, I have yet not received my parcel. Also there is no tracking update on site...and no messages...
One of the member said it's coming by road...so worth laughing on this lie.
Really found it useless.
