I have booked single sleeper from pune.. As soon as the pune highway started they changed the bus.. Shifted the passenger to another bus.. Where they forced to mange in the double sleeper coach.. When my ticket was already for a single sleeper.. And the behaviour of the bus conductor was badly rude and unprofessional.. We passengers had no choice in the middle of the highway.. And they forced us to mange in double with unknown people.. And they were picking passenger on the basics of 300 and so.. From the road near mumbai without official bookings.. There was no good reason or situation in the first place that we had to change the bus.. I guess they did it because the first bus was half booked.. It was a horrible journey..
