I have booked ticket in shreenath travels from Ahmedabad to Vijaynagar on 15/03/20. They have cancelled bus without pre informing me. I've being informed before an hour ago. I've come far from long distance to Ahmedabad. Now I don't get another bus without pre booking. Never go in Shreenath Travels as they are in professionals.

I had book one parcel from Jaipur to Gandhidham vide LR No.0012092 dated 30th November 2020. The parcel is still not deliver and I sent cloths for home marriage function and it should be deliver on 4th November as per booker but the parcel is still in Ahmedabad and no one taking initiate Jaipur office person is very rudely replied and denied for responsibility and gave number of ahmedabad office they told that when bus will come for ahmedabad then they will sent and from last 4 days the parcel hold in ahmedabad. if the clothes not deliver by today how family member wear. I am continuously following from last 2 days very softly and normally so parcel will deliver on time but today very bad staff of shrinath Travel Jaipur railway station office shouting on me but not to take responsibility.

Actually on 4 feb I have booked my ticket Udaipur to surat. Time was 11.40 and I was there by around 11.20 and driver told that I am coming wait over there. After some time he is telling me that I am one stop ahead so you come over there.
Actually it was his fault and he is using bad language on me how can I tolerate this.

Hello, even we are the people who have had worse traveling experiences every now & then, with private travels buses to & fro Rajasthan. Critical are the routes: - Pune-Mumbai-Surat-Vadodara-Ahmedabad-Udaipur-Nathdwara-Ajmer-Jaipur-Delhi. We were tormented by their delays, unfair charges, their erroneous allotment of occupancy at times but victimising customers to compromise/adjust finally with outburst DADAGIRI, selfishness; harsh, abusive, wrathful & violent behaviours of drivers, cleaners & booking agents with well educated & civilized passengers including manhandling, thrashing them at times; stoppages as per their will & reluctance to stop otherwise upon passengers urgent needs like peeing, vomiting, other uneasiness, etc., considering passengers as cattle, including other inhumane misdeeds, etc.
This is all happening due to lack of sufficient trains with major hindrance of Ahmedabad - Udaipur broad gauge linking. So, we have started a handle on twitter '@adiudzbg' with like-minded people fed up by such private buses journeys, to raise voice for fast implementation of Ahmedabad to Udaipur gauge conversion work.
