Worst ever booking office agent seen in my life. A person travels with some or other luggage but this dhule (Maharashtra) shrinath office agent didn't even allowed me to carry 8kg of luggage. I think why an oldest brand like shrinath travels gives agency to such arrogant and threatening people who instead of helping passengers threaten the passengers. Hope i won't travel again by shrinath travels in my life neither would i suggest anyone to travel by shrinath travels. Dear shrinath travels kindly change the dhule (Maharashtra) booking office agent on priority basis or else in near future you won't get a single booking from dhule office. I have booked ticket in shreenath travels from Ahmedabad to Vijaynagar on 15/03/20. They have cancelled bus without pre informing me. I've being informed before an hour ago. I've come far from long distance to Ahmedabad. Now I don't get another bus without pre booking. Never go in Shreenath Travels as they are in professionals.
