Shreenath Travel Agency — Way ur staff deals with passenger is ridiculous

My name is Tushar Nahar. My pnr for my ticket is[protected].DOJ is 29th june 2017 from jaipur to bikaner. The way they had a conversation with me was ridiculous and it was as if i am not ur customer but your am. A employee o[censored]r office. Your main in charge of jaipur was really ridiculous the way he spoke to me. Its just that i was in a good mood otherwise it would have been a disaster. I request you to take strict action against this bloody #### guy. If you gyzz dont do it ur agency will be at a loss after some days..there are many agencies who provide bus services. You gyzz need to mimd now and for al. And if you gyzz donot take any action i will surely have to knock some othe door which may be hazarous for you al. Thank you.

Actually on 4 feb I have booked my ticket Udaipur to surat. Time was 11.40 and I was there by around 11.20 and driver told that I am coming wait over there. After some time he is telling me that I am one stop ahead so you come over there.
Actually it was his fault and he is using bad language on me how can I tolerate this.
