I was travelling to Pune from Surat through Shreenath Travels on 10th May, 2016. I took the ticket of AC bus but when i stepped in to the bus, I found AC is not working. So I requested to conductor and driver to turned it on. They told it'll be on once bus will get started. But surprisingly It didn't turn on for 2-3 hours. Every passenger in the bus was fighting for the same issue but they didn't care about it. Their behavior was rude and arrogant. When we called to Shreenath Office in Surat, They picked up the call and said If you've any complaints then go to the court and disconnected!! Really Pathetic Service received from Shreenath travels. This is all happening due to lack of sufficient trains with major hindrance of Ahmedabad - Udaipur broad gauge linking. So, we have started a handle on twitter '@adiudzbg' with like-minded people fed up by such private buses journeys, to raise voice for fast implementation of Ahmedabad to Udaipur gauge conversion work.
