From last 3 days our car is at service station . Company is not at all concerned to inform the fault and parts of the machinery is also not available. Harpreet singh the concerned executive of the branch is very least bothered to the clients . And we are still not informed what was the fault in the car . We also had a word with senior manager Mr kanwarpal but we are still not satisfied as if the commitment given to us was that your car will be given by 6:30 pm on 19 Sep"2016 . But we had a surprise visit at the company and our car was not even touched... So kindly take the action strictly . Would be highly obliged...
