Company is not at all concern about d problem which i m facing from last three weeks evry week i have to snd my car to workshop with evry new problem in it evry week. I don't knw wht d company is doing r they working or not i don't know they r not able to tackle a single car deal with a customer how they r running a workshop i really had a very bad experience with mahindra shri durga workshop mayapuri last week also i have put up complaint. Mr. Kanwarpal who is service manager calling me up n mailing me also for putting up a delight mail regarding his work done n complements how can i put a delight mail evry week i m facing a new problem in car n car has been run only 10000km n m facing so many problems in it evry week a new issue come no one is bothered abt d problem customer is facing firstly d changed diesel pump on 19sept after tht next week they changed fuel gaze on 24sept now agn tdy tht is 30sept i m facing d problem of accelater pedal n obm light in d meter. I need strict n urgent action regarding this problem. Mr. Harpreet who is adviser of my car who does not knw wht to do.. Was this information helpful? |
