I bought an iphone which the dealer convinced me was not a replica but a usa imported product costing 17000 rupees and that they have a return policy of 7 days. But the second i received the product which was infact a fake, i initiated a return request which was acknowledged by the dealer, but 2 weeks now the dealer hasn't sent it's revert courier and also haven't refunded my amount.
