I bought an iphone which the dealer convinced me was not a replica but a usa imported product costing 17000 rupees and that they have a return policy of 7 days. But the second i received the product which was infact a fake, i initiated a return request which was acknowledged by the dealer, but 2 weeks now the dealer hasn't sent it's revert courier and also haven't refunded my amount. They are selling not working phones and not even returning the money.

They say 10 days return policy and all fake.

Just cheating people and not responding to customer complaints, i have called them more than 100 times and they just cancel the calls.
