Shri Ram Travels — Heartless Behaviour of staffs | |||||
I have booked 3 tickets in SRI RAM TRAVELS to travel from Chennai to Coimbatore on Saturday(15/10/2016).The bus was scheduled at 10.30 pm from perungalathur. Due to heavy traffic we got delayed for 5 minutes. The bus driver came early on that day and he was not ready to wait for even few minutes and instead shouting at me and took the bus from perungalathur. Being ladies and with my 2 years baby I chased the bus till Chengalpet Toll gate in a cab and in the bus tracking website am able to see bus is very closer within 1 km distance..Am keep on calling him and requesting to stop the bus just for 2 minutes where am very closer to the bus.so we can catch it. After knowing this he just not attending the calls and the reason was he sold our tickets to someone and it would create problem for them. The worst experience we had on Saturday and we was there in Chengalpet till 12.30 AM talking with the Sri Ram office and emergency numbers. But no use at all and also the spended amount for cab got wasted and in mid night we ladies were shouting at bus people and all together very bad experience and some how got another cab and returned back to home. Am regular customer for Redbus and travelling most of the weeks in the month and am more worried about this heartless behavior of the Sri Ram travels and requesting to refund our money back for the 3 tickets.
