Dear sir we stopped the bus in destination driver and cleaner refused to stop the bus and they not refunded their amount. We have taken a cab and followed the bus from coimbatore to nagercoil and they not stopped the bus. This is the irresponsible act by the operator and driver we called the driver to stop the bus but he refused to stop. The operator also irresponsible we are planning to take legal action to refund the amount

Kaushal is a big fraud. He asked me to give him half of the amount of the ticket and sent me a ticket. He said it is a confirmed ticket. I checked with lufthansa and they told me that it is not confirmed and it is only on hold. I asked kaushal that let me come to his office and pay the rest of the amount. Kaushal kept postponing our meeting and did not allow me to visit his office. He kept threatening me that i need to pay him the total amount...

Kaushal rai is a fraud. I got his number from just dial. I know its a big no...
He took around 2.25 lacs from me for a delhi - chicago return airfare for 3 people.
He booked my tickets and sent me a confirmation mail.
After a while, the tickets got cancelled. It was found that they were "on-hold" and not actually confirmed. It got cancelled because the payment was not done at all but only put on hold.
I ran from pillar to post to register an fir. But was not unable to file one. He did not switch off his mobile all this while and always used to lie that he was in mumbai and will sort out the matter once he comes back. I used some of my links to trace his phone. He was in lajpat nagar and lying blatantly all this while.
I think this guy has some good links in the police. He was not scared at all.
Finally after police intervention i paid 20000 rs extra for my tickets.
He is a big fraud. Don't ever fall in his trap.

I have booked 3 tickets in SRI RAM TRAVELS to travel from Chennai to Coimbatore on Saturday(15/10/2016).The bus was scheduled at 10.30 pm from perungalathur. Due to heavy traffic we got delayed for 5 minutes. The bus driver came early on that day and he was not ready to wait for even few minutes and instead shouting at me and took the bus from perungalathur. Being ladies and with my 2 years baby I chased the bus till Chengalpet Toll gate in a cab and in the bus tracking website am able to see bus is very closer within 1 km distance..Am keep on calling him and requesting to stop the bus just for 2 minutes where am very closer to the bus.so we can catch it. After knowing this he just not attending the calls and the reason was he sold our tickets to someone and it would create problem for them.
The worst experience we had on Saturday and we was there in Chengalpet till 12.30 AM talking with the Sri Ram office and emergency numbers. But no use at all and also the spended amount for cab got wasted and in mid night we ladies were shouting at bus people and all together very bad experience and some how got another cab and returned back to home.
Am regular customer for Redbus and travelling most of the weeks in the month and am more worried about this heartless behavior of the Sri Ram travels and requesting to refund our money back for the 3 tickets.

I booked ticket from Jalgaon to Pune for 27th April of Durga travels from Shriram travels, However they have cancelled my booking in durga which is cost 600 they have taken from me without giving any info and when i tried to enter durga travels they said u have no booking for seat no 6. .They cahnged my ticket to some old travels which was cost less than 600 . Also given the last seat. When i contacted them, they are not giving my remaining money back.

We are small group of bus owners who recently filled a tender from BCLL( bhopal city link limited) for running metro start buses on NH-12 and invested Rs. 1 crore( through bank loan) to get the buses. After almost three months of talks and discussions, The regional RTO is not issuing the permit for the buses, although all the legal formalities have been done and is giving arguments like they are having pressure from senior authorities(ministors) and some powerful people in bhopal. It is worth mentioning here that BCLL has already issued a letter of confirmation to RTO but still RTO is not doing the work responsibly. we have been submitting spare tax of Rs.7000/- for each bus for almost three months along with the heavy bank loans of around Rs.30000/- month. Now we are in great trouble and are on the verge of
loosing everything, As most of the property has been mortgaged to get the bank loan.


All we seek from our government is, JUSTICE !
