Shrinath Travel Agency — For greed of money they are making passangers uncomfortable by changing BUS

It was very disturbing when I found, bus driver stopped the bus and asked all Delhi passengers to change the bus which was after 2hours. When I asked the ticket dealer, he SWITCHED OFF his cellphone.Even after compromising my routine for delhi they asked me and other passengers to sit in(slow) roadways bus. So I stepped out from bus. Also conducter and staff members were not cooperative at all !
