Delivered Mango peti to udaipur from Ahmedabad at 1:30 pm from namaste circle office. They asked to receive package from 6:30 from Reti stand. It's 9 pm and Package is not received yet and they are not taking any action or responsibility. Just give different numbers to talk and misbehaving.

Sir Meri ticket anand se Delhi thi. Jo mera pickup point tha driver uses 17 km aage nikal gaya. Fir mujhe anand ke agent ne bola auto karke chale jao. Wahan tak auto ke 100 rupee bi Maine khud diye. Fir jab pahuncha to driver bola wahan par bas aai thi par tum hi nai the. Balki main pick up point par 2 ghante pehle hi pahunch gaya tha. Fir jaipur mein aa kar bola tum ab yaha se dusri bas mein baith jao. Jab ki Maine direct anand to Delhi book ki thi. Is baat ko kahin bi mention nai kiya ki jaipur se bus change karni hai. Maine single sleeper L 16 book kiya tha jaipur se mujhe M N double sleeper mein baith diya gaya. Wo bi ko si ajnabi person ke saath. Mera ye shri naath travels ka bahut kharb experience raha. Main is company se bilkul bi satisfy nai hu.

It was very disturbing when I found, bus driver stopped the bus and asked all Delhi passengers to change the bus which was after 2hours. When I asked the ticket dealer, he SWITCHED OFF his cellphone.Even after compromising my routine for delhi they asked me and other passengers to sit in(slow) roadways bus. So I stepped out from bus. Also conducter and staff members were not cooperative at all !

As i have booked 2 double sleeper in non ac bus at jamnagar as my parents not comfirt in ac bus, bus timing was around 2: 30pm but till 5 pm bus would not come after that mr suresh vyas sitting at jamnagar office of shrinath travels informed us that bus was cancelled and mis behaving with us by saying u can take your refund back and forced us to go with ac bus by pay higher charges due to this poor service of shrinath travels me and my family could not reach at our destination and we have to stay at room for that we have to pay around 2500 rs
Please tack action against suresh vyas sitting at jamnagar office and revert back also do the needful for 2500 rs as i have to pay for rooms

I've booked ticket in shreenath travels from ahmedabad to vijaynagar (Rajasthan) dated on 15/03/20. They have cancelled bus without pre-informing me. I've being informed before an hour ago that they didn't get more passengers for the day. The problem was i'd come far away from ahmedabad. Then i didn't get another bus for the day without pre-booking. Never put trust on shreenath travels as they are not professional and can cancel their buses anytime if they don't get passengers.

We are travelling ahmedabad to jamnagar with bus number rj 30 pa 2418. Bus timeing was 3.10 and bus late around 1.40 hour. Then they asked for laguage extra rate and bus conditions is too bad as they taking price for ac but bus conditions is like public toilet. No ac n bus is totally screap condition n then taking ac bus price. They using bad language to customer and mis behaviour. Take this is complain and reversed all amount as we left bus in ahmedabad.

I had booked a ticket from ahmednagar to vadodara on 28 the may. It was ac sleeper. First driver stopped bus at some very poor hotel. N wen it was yum to leave he told that ac is not working. It was too hot inside bus that i was sweating continuously. Finally i went n sat on stairs in drivers cabin that too from 12 to 6am... It made me to tire so much. It caused so much physical n mental stress to me next day. Proper action must be taken against company n money n fine should be recovered from them for such a poor service.

Please refer ticket no. TK[protected], PNR No.[protected] booked online for three passengers for 19.03.2017, 08:30 pm bus operated by shrinath travels agency Nashik through Redbus for Solapur to Nashik travel. In this connection, it is brought to your notice that the Travel Operator has provided non AC bus having registration no. RJ36 PA 2430 for the above travel whereas the ticket was issued online for AC Travel and the travel operator at Solapur did not inform this in advance. On being constantly enquired he stated that the AC will operate during travel which did not happen till we got down at Nashik. This is a case of fraud and cheating. It will not be out of place to mention here that my wife is a kidney patient and had to suffer a lot during this non AC travel. It is shocking and a blatant case of fraud by the travel agency. I therefore request you to kindly refund the entire fare of Rs.1477/- to me at the earliest failing which i shall be compelled to initiate legal action against M/s Shrinath Travel Agency as well as Redbus. I have already registered a complaint on your telephone no. [protected] and the complaint no. is 755548 dated 19.03.2017.

Very bad experience of Shreenath Travels, My wife and my child traveled from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar, Pick up time was 11.35 PM and coach came at place (Paldi, Ahmedabad) 2 hours late 1.30 AM and was not getting any responses and surety regarding travel's status even after travel came.Conductor was misbehaving for luggage kept in decky. After the starting of travelling between ahmedabad to Rajkot, 3 times hold on the way. 6.45 AM reached at Rajkot and hold till 7.15 AM and then told that Bus had break down and you have to travel from another Bus, Ahmedabad to Rajkot fully suffocation, AC was not working and Ticket charge was at highest Rs.645 compare to other Travels. No support no help got from Bus Driver conductor for Alone lady! Alone lady carry all luggage and child and cross the road and changed 3 bus 3 times carrying all luggage and asked for help then Driver Conductor replied We are not your father peon (Ame tamara baap na nokar nathi) we have purchase AC sleeper seat, they sat in Seating small seat of Shiv Shakti Travels and they demand extra Rs. for seat. Finally reached at destination Jamnagar at 9.30 AM. total 10 Hours from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar. I was very disturbed all night have to constant contact with family. Felt fear. Never travel even by mistake from these travels, Because : 1. You can't trust on Shreenath Travels that they reached at your destination on time. 2. They can't give good service because of their staff vocabulary.

I had booked ticket from Ahmedabad to Nathdwara and nathdwarad to Ahmedabad for Shrinath Ji Darshan. I had booked ticket for 10.00pm on 19th march 2016. As I reached to board the bus it was informed that bus is under repair and will be available after 2 hours. No prior intimation was there. After half an hour I was forced to move from satellite to shahibaug for boarding. Post eating of 2 hours I was asked to board in bus. At time of boarding they said this bus will carry me till half a way and I need to change bus from midway in midnight. After by discussion with responsible person of the shahibaug branch by too and fro tickets were cancelled by accepting mistake. In was informed that refund will be revived in a week or so. I had not received any message or refund even after 15-20 days. Even after constant follow up with concerned person I am not getting resolution.
