I am a member in chits in anna nagar branch, madurai with 3 chits of 5 lac each (Total - 15 lacs).
I am in need of money & spoke to bm in the month of march 2016. I asked him that i will participate in chit auction. He said - not required but he will arrange one auction for me. He promised that he will give me chit in the month of may - 2016. After that, i put one more chit of 5lac trusting this firm / branch / bm.
If we say new chit, people are chasing us like anything, will appearing before us within 1 hour. But we talk about redeeming / withdrawing no office staff available for negotiation.
Now no response from the office side.
When go to the office directly, no staff were available.
When i call them right being inside their office, they were asking me to go home & they will come and meet me later which never happened.
None of my phone calls are being answered.
None of my msgs got a reply.
I am now fed-up with the non-responsiveness of your team.
I want to withdraw all my chits right now.
