I am Anand, I was met Mr.Narayanan ( Manager – Mugappair branch – Mobil Number [protected] /[protected] ) at branch office in Oct 2020, who is recommend me to join shri ram chit fund, I have asked about the chit rules and regulation but he was misleading and cheated me that, there is not require government surety for 5 Lakhs and 3 Lakhs chit group, only require private employee surety and then I have decided to join 5 Lakhs ( 2 Nos) but he insist me to join 5 lakhs chit ( 4 Nos ) 3 Lakh ( 2 Nos) then only we can take chit in next month itself, I was suffered due financial crises at the time, he was promised and given commitment that, will take the 2 nos 5 lakh and 1 No 3 lakh chit in November month itself, he was not at all clarify about the surety and rules and regulation even I asked so many times, he was told don’t worry I will bid and give money, after that I was kept my wife jewel and joined chits as mentioned above in Oct 2020, after that I was try to Mr. Narayananan over call he was not respond properly about auction date, 4 months passed, there is no respond from him, three times visited to branch but they told me that still auction date was not confirmed, after that i asked Mr. Narayanan, cancel my chit and give refund of my money but he ignore and said, auction will be February 2021 month, after that when I went office and asked about the auction he asked me to pay Rs 40000 /- for insurance for each 5 Lakhs, he was told without pay insurance amount not allow to attend the auction, I was shocked because he was not telling about the insurance earlier, auction was happened 12/02/2021 on that day only I came to know that he was join my all chits in one group, so intentionally he was cheated me, how can be bid the 3 chits in same time in one group, that time itself I have asked about this to Mr. Narayanan he was not answered properly and very arrogant, then I met Mr. Saravanan ( Divisional Manager Mobile – [protected]) I have told him whole injustice happened to by Narayanan but he was not at all given response and nothing action taken by him, then I was told about my situation and asked him to cancel my chit and give refund, but he was refused to give refund, then I was suffered a lot mentally and physically due to both Mr. Narayanan and Saravanan way of cheat and mislead me, after a month I went office and asked about refund again on 18/03/2021 and their staffs were carry out the formalities for cancellation and refund of money and got signature from me in application for refund, after a week, when I call around 15 times to Mr Narayanan for ask about the refund status but he was not pick my call, he was ignore my call intentionally, so I went Admin office Shirram Chit in Greams Road on 23/03/2021, after that I have met Mr. Venkataraman who is handling complaints, I have told everything to him about the incidents happens to me he was telling that there is no eligibility for refund of your money, I am not satisfaction on his statement, because when I ask branch about refund they not told me anything about eligibility and got signature from for refund process, so I was literally so much stressed due to cheated by them.

In this circumstance I have written this letter to you, please look this and take action against the employees who was cheated and mislead me and arrange to give refund my money as mentioned above.
