Shriram Chits — Delaying in issuing of Chit amount

Sir, I am a subscriber for Shriram chits at their YEMMIGANUR -518 360 BRANCH for 3 lakhs chit. My no. is YLE - 4., name: J.S.SAILAJA. I have got the chit on 20th Dec 2014 and they told that the cheque would be given on or before 20th Jan 2015. I have asked to retain Rs.36000/- for the remaining 6 months subscription and asked them to issue cheque for the remaining amount. But, even after 15th Feb, 2015, I could not get the amount. When I contacted the local manager, he is playing much delay tactics. Now I request the authorities concerned to see that the amount released immediately along with the interest @18% for the delayed period.
