Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is XXXXXXXXX, I have opened Life insurance with Shriram Chits, Anna Nagar, Chintamani branch around the year 2007/2008. See below attached email note from the branch response on my query.

In fact the amount was transferred out of the maturity of a chit I had with Shriram Chits. I was demanding for full payment of the chit maturity amount. I had to make multiple visits for the maturity amount claim. The manager used to give some weird reasons as if there was no money with Shriram at all.

However, finally I was forced to go for Life Insurance with bit hesitation from my end. I had no other option at that time. I haven't received any documents or proof of the investment at all.

Residential Address used while opening the mutual fund.

Due to my job nature, Currently I am on deputation job at overseas. I badly need the money for a family medical reason. Please advice/help me how to get my amount back.


Note : At present, I have neither address nor dependents living in Chennai.

Hello Care Team,


Looks like 'Care' team don't care the customers at all.

It is shame on your organization to claim "Numero Uno" in the Chit Funds Industry. You claim the tag line in a language where 99.99% of your staff and Customer don't understand what the hell is this means.

You don't even acknowledge my complaint/request.

Please share your MD contact details.

I don't know why your "so called" Senior Management don't publish any contact information and deals with public and public money.
