Shriram City — executive being rude and using abusive language

Hello team.
i sagar popli mob no [protected] have been a availing ur loan service since last 2 yrs and my loan emi was always paid on time.. my last emi bounced.. the payment was late but i made to payment within 20 to 25 days of the bouncing.. and again this month i failed to make the payment on time.. a collection agent or an executive by the name DHANILAL MOBILE NO [protected]. started messaging me regarding the payment.. as i told him i will be making the payment by 3rd jan... he didi not stop there... he started using derogatory remarks saying " tum jaise logon ki wajah " and all that nuisance.. i called u the agent who processed my loan and complained regarding the same... and soon i recieved call from DHANILAL stating ki tujhe dikkat kya hai and he even threatened me saying ki tere ghar aa raha hu dekta hu kaha ka turram khaan hai tu.. I request you to take immideate action against him as i have all the recordings and messages and on top of it when i told him that i will report all the above scenario to the consumer court and ur company.. he without even admitting to his fault said jo tu kar sakta hai kar le... if this is rhe way ur executives treat ur valuable customers there will be a day no longer your company will start loosing customers
