Bounce charge after successful payment

Hi,

On 5th October 2023 is my 7th EMI payment date but its not deducted from my acount automatically due to that I have paid through Shriram finance app and payment was showing sucess but later I received a notification that bounce charge was added of 500 for not paying. In April 2008, I had bought an air-conditioner and I had financed it thru Shriram City Union Finance Ltd. I had paid 4 months installment (Rs. 1417/- per instalmment.
