Hi Team,

I am not satisfied with the process of my FD settlement. My FD intimation date is 29/Sep/2020 but still we have received multiple queries.
Received from venkatagiri branch on 30-Sep-2020 - Stated like need to submit "gazetted sign and seal on family certificate and my husband death certificate. I submitted on the same day

Received from venkatagiri branch on 05-Oct -2020 Stated - "Need to submit Bank passbook copy with manager sign with seal". I submitted on the same day
Received from venkatagiri branch on 20-Oct-2020 Stated - "Please submit affidavits with gazetted sign and seal" - I submitted on the same day.

Why are you asking different applications/gazetted sing. You should need to mention what you want on first time on(29-Sep-2020) Why you guys are bluffing for FD settlement/withdraw process.
I am Female and my age is 48. How can you guys expect this type of bluffing works. I am really not satisfied with the FD settlement process because I submitted all required documents on time.
