Shriram City — Loan against property

My self Hashim Anwar resident of Faridabad I have taken a loan against property of 28 lac from Shriram city 2 years ago and now I want to close that loan we are asking pre-closure Statement from Shriram city but they are not responding we had visited there office 3 times but no response there is on lady Priya she is very arrogant and not responding
we had drop a mail on the customercare mail id 25 day ago but till date there is no response.

so kindly help us to close the loan
