Hello sir, This is my 10 th complaint response from home branch and customer grievances.my loan number is KURN4CM[protected].

My EMI date is 5th of every month, but this month my loan is auto debited from my account, but i did not get message and again I paid double payment by phone pay through Shriram City finance website.can u please refer my loan details and credit to my bank account, This is my 2nd email to grievance team.I Am from kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
Hello sir, details of double payment of phone pay and auto debit by bank. Here are the attachment of payment by (phone pay )and (auto debit )on the same date on 5th of June. This is the nearly 10th complaint response from Sriram finance.
