Shriram City — Regarding vehicle seizing

Im unable to pay my bike Emi due to covid, I last my job so my vehicle has been seized. The collection staff is asking me to do settlement. How could it is possible. I'm unable to bare it due to this reason only I have taken in loan.
Please help me to get back my bike. As of Now I can able to pay only 2 Emi amount at a time. I'm unable to pay full amount now. My vehicle No. TN13T2347

You have seized my vehicle then you are passing the cheque monthly to my bank account, it is bouncing and the charges getting added to my account.
