Shriram City Union Finance — Wrong overdue charges

M harmesh pal, mob. No. [protected] i am reveling two wheeler loan from this . My first EMI was on 7 dec 2021. I keep amount in my account from 2 Dec. 2021, but it was not deduct from my account on 9 dec 2021. After this i paid first EMI from shriram city app, but an overdue charges 500 are proposed on me due to non payment of EMI, its not enough it was also repeat again at the time of EMI on 7 jan. So total amount of due charge 1000 are proposed on me after paying my emi in double way .
