No proper response and customer service. Udhaya customer service executive (Udhayapriya. [protected]@shriramcity.com / no:[protected]) she is very irresponsible, she could not keep her promises, her manager is very irresponsible too. I paid a emi with cheque during the month of december 2016, unfortunately the sign mismatched and my check returned, but i got that information after three months, exactly after paying january and february month emi. I asked collection executive directly about, why the emi hasn't deducted from my account, and i asked udhaya, customer service executive, through phone about this, but she informed me that there is no problem with the payment and no outstanding payments.. Then later after three months, in the month of march 2017, the collection executive asked me pay two emi, i asked him why and he said, march months emi and one more previous month was pending. Can you believe it, she (Udhaya, customer service executive) informing me about the payment issue, after paying two emi. What kind of service is shriram city union is providing? And why should i have to pay the late payment charges for shriram's employee's fault? I talked with the shriram city union manager ([protected], don't remember his name) of ambatture branch, previous once, when i have had issues with ecs form, same thing there, no proper customer service, informed me about the ecs cancelled issue after three months, this happened twice, so i had to talk to the manager and he gave me a word that, any information regarding the payment or my loan will be informed in 15 days. He was not very polite and not talking in a professional manner too. This udhaya, who has to inform me about the details, is working directly under his team and in the same office. So where is the promise the manager made, about information will passed to the customer in 15 days?. I paid all my emi's and two months back (August month 2017) i submitted the form to get my bike papers and noc, udhaya told me it will take 20 days to get it and once she received it, she will inform me. It's been more than two months and i have not got the papers and i went directly to the office to ask about my bike paper's status, the manager informed me, the concerned staff is in medical leave, and he doesn't know the status of the application! He is the manager right? He was very much interested in pointing to his staffs and he is not taking responsibility for his subordinates. He didn't even try to check the status of my application. While i was talking to him, i noticed two other customers were complaining about the same issue, that they haven't got the original bike papers even after 6 months from applying for it. The manager was very unprofessional. He was saying, udhaya (Customer service executive) is the person handling the application for bike papers, and i should ask her. Udhaya is in medical leave, that was the information, the manager gave me. I mean, does she was in leave for two months? Why can't some other employee take her work too and help the customer?. This is very bad service. I complained twice about this udhaya ([protected]) to the same ambattur branch manager and he didn't take any actions and he is not taking responsibility for his subordinates too. He talked to me in unprofessional manner. I asked him about his reporting manager details, because i felt my issue is not solved and i lost hope in the ambattur branch manager ([protected]) but he was very arrogant and he told, he won't give the details. This is not the best organisation manner. A manager behaving like this is very much irresponsible. Few days back, i once again submitted the application form to get my bike papers. Last friday (20/10/2016) i got a call from udhaya saying that, i have to pay rs500 for cheque return charges. Then only i will get my bike papers. What is this? For the cheque return happened on (26/12/2016), shriram city employee is informing me on (20/10/2017). What kind of service is shriram providing? I asked udhaya, why are you informing now? And why didn't you inform me at that time or while i submitted the application form first time two months back or while i gave the application form for the second time, few days back? She has no answer! I asked her, that i want to talk to the manager. But she didn't give and she she told manager won't talk about this issue. Then finally she told, manager will call me tomorrow (21/10/2017). I have received a call from manager or udhaya at least yet, it's 25/10/2017. Still no response from shriram city union employees!! This is the service you are providing. No responsibility at all. So the people from complaints department at least please take some responsibility and look into these kind of employees.. Worst manager ever. Irresponsible, un professional, no organisation manner. Can't even correct one of his direct subordinate. Really sorry to say it, but worst kind of service by shriram city union finance
