Shriram Insight — not submitting redemption request on expected date

I submitted redemption form to redeem one of the sip at saltlake kolkata branch on 24th sep. The nav value was giving profit of approx 14%. But agent somehow misplaced it and did not submit it for redemption on time. When i called him several times he informed me it will get credited in next 2-3 days. Finally i had to visit the branch again on 6th oct. Then agent informs me he has lost the form and i should sign it again. So i did the same and he promised to process it asap. But he submitted it on 9th oct. The market was going down and so was the valutaion of nav. I have to now suffer a huge loss. When i called him he is telling me what can i do the market went down. It was his responsibility to process the original request. This would have saved me form huge loss.
This kind or irresponsible people are employed in shriram insight.
