I submitted redemption form to redeem one of the sip at saltlake kolkata branch on 24th sep. The nav value was giving profit of approx 14%. But agent somehow misplaced it and did not submit it for redemption on time. When i called him several times he informed me it will get credited in next 2-3 days. Finally i had to visit the branch again on 6th oct. Then agent informs me he has lost the form and i should sign it again. So i did the same...

Kindly refer my DP ID 12038400,Client Id 00529414, of your company, I have changed my address due to transfer of my husband. Inspite the same have been done perefectly I am yet to receive the D I slip at Allahabad ,the local authority is asking money for the same which is not supposed to be.Please ensure the transferb take plaace without hassle .
