Please cancel my above policy at the earliest as the above policy was sold on false commitments made by the Mercury Agent / Bima Lokpal representative. I am not satisfied with the terms and condition of the subject policy/plan. Because the above policy was sold online to me with other terms and conditions which were different from told earlier and it seems a FRAUD has been done with me by such Agents claiming to be Bima Lokpal Representative. (Maheshwari Verma, Neeta Gehlot as the officials of Bima Lokpal). Below is the Mobile / Landline No of Maheshwari Verma who has been constantly engaging / pursuing me to buy the policy in lieu of claim settlement / cash receivables .
