I was called for an "Office Assistant" job at this location. But during training, they asked me to bring my guardian and one customer for an insurance plan worth ₹50, 000 — and also took ₹750 from me without clear explanation.
There was no real job. It turned out to be a trap to make me bring clients during training. I saw many others being treated the same way.

Life Insurance maturity submission delayed by staffs
I am Vignesh, , my ULIP policy already matured 5 months back, I went to Saibaba colony, Coimbatore branch ( where i initially take my policy in 2011) they delaying my submission without any responsibility and asked me to "come tomorrow" when ever call they inform we will call you within half an hour. but they are not ready to do any thing until now .
I have seen first time like a company without any responsible.

This is sunil from delhi, i need your help regarding shriram life insurance. These people making me fool for cancellation,
I was following them from day 3 when i got policy, even some people who was responsible for that they are continuously chasing me for revert cancellation mail.
They gave false commitment for loan and made me fool, i am help less.
Till now i have sent 35 mail to them for cancellation.
Below are details.
Regular premium policy shriram life assured income plan v02 policy number nn[protected], for rs. 956000 sum assured and policy term being 10 years.
Shriram life insurance as your preferred insurance partner. We have received an amount of rs. (Rs.99999.00/- chq no. ([protected]) payment link credit/debit) on feb 13 2020 with respect to receipt no.[protected].

I'm bolishetti mallesh i took policy from shriram life insurance, my policy number nn[protected]. Due to some reason i cancelled my policy on14/11/2019 through branch. Date of receipt is5/11/2019, with in free look period i did cancellation but still my policy is in force. Company not cancel my policy and not making refund, and manager also not supposed to do the process

Your staffs harini and swetha call me and proposed to take insurance, they said if i took insurance, they will provide loan 15l from icici finance, after that if speak with them not responding properly, now i feel your people cheating me, how can be appointed this kind o[censored]nethical people, even through those in 3rd party, they are working for your insurance sale...
I will not leave this people as it is, i'm going to complaint cyber crime, they are using my critical situation, and cheated me, and take action against those... I think those doing sale only for insurance, but they misuse the icici name.
I want to know really do we have any link with icici loan, i believe you have all data who approach insurance and loan, so you cancel my insurance, and pay compensation of my one lakh.

A car suddenly applied breaks and i was behind that car and due to his sudden break i got collided with his car. Your survey person mr. Veeru singh survey whole scooty and he is passed every part which is damage except side panel...

As per your customer No if I ask ಕನ್ನಡ it is connecting hindi. Your operator on phone says you can nominate after travel. If I died on train who will nameenate, is it not a foolish reply. cancellation of policy due to non receipt of policy papers and miss selling

Dear sir,
I'm writing this with regard to policy no ... taken under assured income plan. I have taken this policy in January, 2017 through one of the broker named Vidhur Chandana, from ERIC (Equities Research and Investment Consultancy) Model town road, New delhi. I haven't got policy bond papers till now even though I have asked for the papers so many times and now the concerned person has stopped picking my calls. Also, I have become victim of miss selling as they said through assignment, I can get my whole money back at any time. I was mentally harassed and wasted my precious time and money. As I'm unsatisfied with this unprofessional behaviour by their side and now I want to cancel the policy and want my money ie ₹15000 back with compensation for opportunity cost of capital that I have incurred.
Kindly take strict actions against such misselling happening in your respective firm through the hands of scrupulous agents.
Looking forward for your reply. I'm hopeful my complaint will be listened to and appropriate measures will be taken.

We have asked for withdrawal of the policy no: no: nn[protected] since the terms and conditions were not agreeable. We have sent the policy papers to the shriram life insurance head office - gachibowli as stated in the policy papers along with a request letter duly signed through post on[protected]. Then consistently contacting customer care, people from shriram chits did not respond. On request letter dated[protected] was handed in person to the divisional manager, shriram life insurance, chittoor, to look into the matter.
On[protected], have sent the copy of request letters which were sent previously through post to the [protected]@shriramlife.in mail id. They wanted self attestation on the copy of letters sent on[protected],[protected],[protected] which we duly self attested and sent on[protected]. Its complete 2 months of time, since we sent back the policy papers, they neither initiated the revoking process, nor refunded the first premium amount. Atleast they didnot responded responsibly including people at managerial positions.
On[protected], have sent the copy of request letters which were sent previously through post to the [protected]@shriramlife.in mail id. And send written complaint to jalandhar office.. But till dated policy is in force not canceled by company.. policy cancellation and fraud escalation in shriram life, insurance, santhome branch chennai

I am logeswaran, working in hcl technologies chennai. Since shriram promise to give loan for minimum interest when i take policy so i have taken the policy in shriram but when i realized its false promise and i tired to cancel the policy, i was not able to do it. Employee/manager in shriram, santhome branch and customer care saying it is not possible to cancel it. So am approaching you for cancelling my policy and chance of getting some % of installment i paid out of rs. 1, 00, 000/-.
Main reason for approaching you is there is big fraud happening in santhome branch. The guy named (Vinoth kumar) who canvass me in santhome branch for this policy, he says that he is the manager of shriram life insurance for santhome branch but when i again approached shriram santhome branch after 5 months policy taken they told that guy (Vinothkumar) is the agent not a shriram branch manager. Here is big issue happen to me i hope many people would have lost their money because of this. My financial problem by losing this 1 lakh and my big depression for long days and sending this mail to you today.

Here i am explaining how i get into this and betrayed and fooled. Understand my situation as 1 lakh of money of my saving i applied policy in shriram but now am betrayed and depressed by shriram life insurance and feeling irritated that why i trusted and choosen this.
I came from middle class family and i have saved 1 lakh money by 3 years of my saving which planned for my marriage and sister marriage purpose in future. As per internet review the best place to take/put insurance is only in shriram as google & friends, family member says shriram is good and am also believed in that. So i approached the shriram life insurance in santhome branch, chennai on february 6th 2016 and i met a guy named vinoth kumar (Phone number of him : [protected]) inside the shriram insurance building, 3rd floor, right side wing when we come out of elevator. He told he is the manager in shriram insurance, santhome branch and he explains details about some policies and shriram life assured income plus policy saying that once we take this policy, shriram will provide you loan of (10x times of policy installment) that also with minimum interest of 10%. He said once i take this policy loan will be provided within 3 to 6 months. This much time taking because loan will be approved by him and through shriram policy. He said we can cancel this policy anytime and i can get the money back. Since he is the manager he will take care everything he told and he canvass me to take that policy. He asked, tell to the customer call that you are applying policy for tax benefit not for loan in the call conformation in shriram because am the manager i can able to get loan for you its my responsibility so dont say. So i did the same in recorded call i said like that. What else i can do if manager saying like this means.
Believing that also he told he is the manager in shriram insurance, santhome brnach, i believed him and taken a policy paying the installment of rs.1, 00, 000 in the santhome branch at 15th february 2016 by paying hot cash to him in the santhome branch itself. On 25th - 26th february 2016 around i got my policy by courier to my native address. Then i applied loan by giving photocopy of bank statement, payslip, pan card, licence, passport, company hr letter to him. After that twice in a week he himself calls me and says the document is processing and its in higher level and this level for sure you will get loan. This was continue till 5 months.
After that i approached the shriram santhome branch for the loan processing. There employee saying vinothkumar is a agent and he is not manager. That time i was frustrated and i couldn't able to react in that moment and i called him many time from the branch itself he didn't picked up and i explained everything there to m. S rama, she is the manager for santhome branch she said and she given her mail id ([protected]@sfps. Biz) and phone number ([protected] /[protected] to me for asking more info anytime. I went to depression, she says that i was cheated by vinothkumar. I asked vinoth kumar address she told its not official thing.
I fight with the lady and senior person in the branch and questioned that how come the guy telling he is shriram manager by sitting inside in the building at your place now you are telling he is agent? She told before august 2016 we allow agent to our building but after that we stopped because of some issues she told. When i asked for cancelling policy, they are threatening me saying there is no option nothing can do anything here. I was betrayed by shriram, santhome branch and not able to get the money back by cancellation this policy. Since vinothkumar said policy can be cancelled at anytime but now rama saying with 15days we have to do that if not, it waste like that.
I not able to find that guy vinothkumar
I am in depression for long days that i lost my valuable 1 lakh amount by trusting shriram life insurance. Now my friend helped me by explainin this excalation matrix to inform this incident to higher offical to get the money back by cancelling this policy. I hope i will get my money back atleast some % to help my family for the satisfaction.
Hope this mail and details of how am betrayed and depressed now you can understand. This is the truth and requesting you to approve for cancelling my policy to get my money. I knew its a long time i was not dropped mail because of depression. Whenever i think that am lost 1 lakh money by shriram, i am not able to do anyother work also much tensed and frustrated.
Even if you are also not able to do anything please forward this to higher offical by going as legal for this betrayal of shriram and also for not maintaining good organizaational structure like anyone can say shriram manager as happen to me that too siting inside shriram life insurance building.

I am logeswaran, working in hcl technologies chennai. Since shriram promise to give loan for minimum interest when i take policy so i have taken the policy in shriram but when i realized its false promise and i tired to cancel the policy, i was not able to do it. Employee/manager in shriram, santhome branch and customer care saying it is not possible to cancel it. So am approaching you for cancelling my policy and chance of getting some % of installment i paid out of rs. 1, 00, 000/-.
Main reason for approaching you is there is big fraud happening in santhome branch. The guy named (Vinoth kumar) who canvass me in santhome branch for this policy, he says that he is the manager of shriram life insurance for santhome branch but when i again approached shriram santhome branch after 5 months policy taken they told that guy (Vinothkumar) is the agent not a shriram branch manager. Here is big issue happen to me i hope many people would have lost their money because of this. My financial problem by losing this 1 lakh and my big depression for long days and sending this mail to you today.

Here i am explaining how i get into this and betrayed and fooled. Understand my situation as 1 lakh of money of my saving i applied policy in shriram but now am betrayed and depressed by shriram life insurance and feeling irritated that why i trusted and choosen this.
I came from middle class family and i have saved 1 lakh money by 3 years of my saving which planned for my marriage and sister marriage purpose in future. As per internet review the best place to take/put insurance is only in shriram as google & friends, family member says shriram is good and am also believed in that. So i approached the shriram life insurance in santhome branch, chennai on february 6th 2016 and i met a guy named vinoth kumar (Phone number of him : [protected]) inside the shriram insurance building, 3rd floor, right side wing when we come out of elevator. He told he is the manager in shriram insurance, santhome branch and he explains details about some policies and shriram life assured income plus policy saying that once we take this policy, shriram will provide you loan of (10x times of policy installment) that also with minimum interest of 10%. He said once i take this policy loan will be provided within 3 to 6 months. This much time taking because loan will be approved by him and through shriram policy. He said we can cancel this policy anytime and i can get the money back. Since he is the manager he will take care everything he told and he canvass me to take that policy. He asked, tell to the customer call that you are applying policy for tax benefit not for loan in the call conformation in shriram because am the manager i can able to get loan for you its my responsibility so dont say. So i did the same in recorded call i said like that. What else i can do if manager saying like this means.
Believing that also he told he is the manager in shriram insurance, santhome brnach, i believed him and taken a policy paying the installment of rs.1, 00, 000 in the santhome branch at 15th february 2016 by paying hot cash to him in the santhome branch itself. On 25th - 26th february 2016 around i got my policy by courier to my native address. Then i applied loan by giving photocopy of bank statement, payslip, pan card, licence, passport, company hr letter to him. After that twice in a week he himself calls me and says the document is processing and its in higher level and this level for sure you will get loan. This was continue till 5 months.
After that i approached the shriram santhome branch for the loan processing. There employee saying vinothkumar is a agent and he is not manager. That time i was frustrated and i couldn't able to react in that moment and i called him many time from the branch itself he didn't picked up and i explained everything there to m. S rama, she is the manager for santhome branch she said and she given her mail id ([protected]@sfps. Biz) and phone number ([protected] /[protected] to me for asking more info anytime. I went to depression, she says that i was cheated by vinothkumar. I asked vinoth kumar address she told its not official thing.
I fight with the lady and senior person in the branch and questioned that how come the guy telling he is shriram manager by sitting inside in the building at your place now you are telling he is agent? She told before august 2016 we allow agent to our building but after that we stopped because of some issues she told. When i asked for cancelling policy, they are threatening me saying there is no option nothing can do anything here. I was betrayed by shriram, santhome branch and not able to get the money back by cancellation this policy. Since vinothkumar said policy can be cancelled at anytime but now rama saying with 15days we have to do that if not, it waste like that.
I not able to find that guy vinothkumar
I am in depression for long days that i lost my valuable 1 lakh amount by trusting shriram life insurance. Now my friend helped me by explainin this excalation matrix to inform this incident to higher offical to get the money back by cancelling this policy. I hope i will get my money back atleast some % to help my family for the satisfaction.
Hope this mail and details of how am betrayed and depressed now you can understand. This is the truth and requesting you to approve for cancelling my policy to get my money. I knew its a long time i was not dropped mail because of depression. Whenever i think that am lost 1 lakh money by shriram, i am not able to do anyother work also much tensed and frustrated.
Even if you are also not able to do anything please forward this to higher offical by going as legal for this betrayal of shriram and also for not maintaining good organizaational structure like anyone can say shriram manager as happen to me that too siting inside shriram life insurance building.

I B.Rajendra kumar and P.Latasree made payment of rs 78362 vide cheque no 16 at srikakulam branch, ramalakshman branch for the policy nosnn[protected]rs 39181) andnn[protected]rs 39181) on 10/12/2016 as a second instalment with the bill nos 1107561 and1107562. after one and half months they called me and said your cheque has been bounced. i said that there was sufficient amount in my savings account from the date of issue of the cheque. they simply asking to give another cheque, how can i give two cheques for single payment and the amount was not deducted till to date from my account.the given can resubmit once again to complete the transaction. necessary instructions may be given to not to make inconvenience to the coustemers

False & Cheated commitments - arrangement of loan if we take premium insurance

I got call on 27May 2015 and i was assured of loan arrangement if i take premium life cover insurance costing Rs.30, 000/yr. I need to pay it for 5yrs it seems. On that time i was in need of loan. They brained me well and got the money on 4April2015. That's all, from that moment all mobile got switched off. Am shocked and I've saved all the numbers, So i tried everyone and one good person gave me a information that they all are cheaters and try to get the money within 30days. They said me after getting the documents i'll get loan. But till date I didn't receive my documents and I was cheated by them with an assurance of loan arrangement.
I've wasted 2months for this and am paying intrest for this 30, 000/-. And I came to know that after 30days of cancellation I won't get my money back. But that bloody guys(Shyam(Big Fraud), Divya, Ram, Safi, Kishore and so many ) switched off their mobiles.
They also name it as MaxPro, and more. So don't believe if someone says that getting loan through your life insurance. That's not possible on the immediate pay. So please be aware and don't fall on the false commitments by these cheating people.
After a long war with them i've contacted Shriram Life Insurance directly and now they are processing my money and hope cheque is under clearence process.
Am not telling that shriram insurance is fraud. The executives inside it behave like this and spoils the company name.

I was also contacted by suresh - [protected] /meena [protected] (from Chennai) and they have collected the documents and cheque from me. I had some issues and did not Put the check. Please do not Trust these people. Think in real time as per RBI norms lowest interest for personal loan is 13% for some companies . No way we can get loan with lesser interest, if so it is cheating as these people do .
They got a sign from Declaration form, that no loan will be provided.

My name is Sanjay More, I have bought one Life Insurance policy from sriram life insurance in month of July 2014.
While selling the Policy, agent called me from Delhi and told me whether I need any loan, I said yes then he asked me how much, I said 6 lakhs, so he replied i need to buy a policy of 10% of loan (Rs 60000) as a Insurance premium. I paid that and bought the policy latter on there is no contact from agent and also they passed my personal information to some forged agency in delhi, they called me and said your loan got approve need to pay advanced processing fees, i paid Rs32000 and latter they didn't pick my call.
request you to please help me to get back my money, as i don't want to continue the policy.

Death benefit not paid sum ASSURED

I K .SUBBA RAO H/O LATE KOTTA VIJAYA submitted death claim of the following policy as per the norms of the said co.
1. policy no. LN[protected] ,PLAN 128L024V01 dated 03/032010.
ON 20/02/2011 My wife admitted since she complained that having chest pain.Subsequently on 25/02/2011 expired due to cardiac arrest.
Later on I have submitted death claim on 07/05/2011, along with all medical records issued by the concern hospital i.e YOSHODA HOSPITALS Secundrabad. the said co i.e SHRI RAM LIFE paid me only Rs. 15,425.05/where as my premium it self Rs.25000/ & death benefit mentioned in policy is that life assured for Rs 1,25,000. After having lot of visits to their office they concluded to pay only Rs 15,425/. There fore I request to settle the matter and pay me accordingly.On the date of policy my wife was not asked for any medical examination and the branch manager expressed that below 5,00,000/ policy no need for any Dr certificate.Over and above at the time of policy date she was fit,Then only the policy proposed.Hence we have taken up the said policy. thanking you.

It is very disgusting to inform you that I was working in south, under corporate channel where our President Mr. S.K. Choudhary cheated us and terminated for no reasons. He had his vested interest in generating side income from all the sources. Who so ever comes his way, is terminated without any reasons or he / she is being transferred to remote location resulting his / her resignation within a weeks time.He can be anyone sales officer, Branch Manager, Area Manager or General Manager. This type of working is really shameful and need to be corrected. One cane see the past record, he has harmed many people.Run for justice so that no mistake is committed again.

Sir, I am Sumit Kumar Singh working at Lucknow branch for Shriram Life Insurance Company Ltd as an office assistant – Operation & support. our office is on the 5th floor, Rattan Square, Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow, UP. Since my appointment, I have shifted myself from Barelly to Lucknow for this new assignment at SLIC. I was only one on whom the entire responsiblity of the branch was made in the starting 3-4 months.Due to certain reshuffling of my Area Manager was not available and new Area Manager from Kanpur- Mr. Sameer Sharma and his operation incharge Rahul Asthana reached Lucknow branch from Kanpur. They were fully drunk and downloading that they had taken verbal approval from Mr.Vikas Sharma, who was recently transferred from Jharkhand. The environment was disturbed due to their stinking smell and misbehaviour in the branch. I was abused and directed to bring soda and coke for their further enjoyment which I refused immediately.As I am working for the company, I immediately informed the HR – Dy Manager- Ms Lakshmi on phone at Chennai and Our President Mr. SK Choudhary (SKC) thru mail them about their drunked nature which has affected the branch and the walkin customers and agents. I thought there must be some improvement as I informed to the head of the channel- Mr.SK Choudhury. But I was made the scape goat and transfer orders were issued and I was transferred to East. I was asked to hand over the charge and accounts immediately which I did as per the instructions of my snier mr.Sameer Sharma. He abused me and told me KUTTE ore le mujse pange, kar le complaint…..etc etc. On the same night I took my friends car and drive towards lakhinpur. My transfer was on my mind and was disturbing me and thus was under stress. On the way I met with an accident and the car was severely damaged as it turned 3 times. Thanks GOD I was saved.
I have also sent the email to HR regarding my accident and informing about the medical leave. Since then, I have not received my Salary for the month of January 2010 for which I worked the entire month.
Accordingly, I have also submitted my complaint to Labour Enforcement Officer, Lucknow. I DON’T KNOW WHERE THIS SITUATION WILL LEAD…? But I am clear; all the people who are not disciplined should be punished. This is the reason I am expressing my feeling about the misdeeds of Sameer Sharma and Vikas Sharma.
Ms. Lakshmi V is also fully responsible for pressing the issue in favour of the management.I have noticed earlier at various situations where she has shouwn irresponsible and careless nature which is not good for any organisation.
I appeal for the justice so that people like me joining shriram should not be harrassed and transferred and can live without stress and harassment. Will I get justice or will be thrown out of the organisation or will be pressurised to resign.

I beg to say your company is in big trouble your all Noida branch is corrupted including your Sr.BM, B.M n RM also. they submitted false check ( I have a proof ) in feb & march months submitted by Sr.BM & BM yours sales support officer is also supporting them they join their own family member as a FSO n they deposit their salary for their own work all the fso never come in the office ever after their training your Vaishali branch sales support officer join the fso n take half month salary their attendance.

I beg to say your company is in big trouble your all Noida branch is corrupted including your Sr.BM, B.M n RM also. they submitted false check ( I have a proof ) in feb & march months submitted by Sr.BM & BM yours sales support officer is also supporting them they join their own family member as a FSO n they deposit their salary for their own work all the fso never come in the office ever after their training your Vaishali branch sales support officer join the fso n take half month salary their attendance.

sir i amatul kumar pandey.i am f.s.o in your company at noida branch.i have joined the compny at 6th nov 2009 .i have submitted 1 policy in feb 1 in march but both the policy login in another account & my bm neetu chopra terminate me & she said that i[censored] want to re-join the office again then submit 1 policy more 1 submitted 1 policy amount 12k but she login that policy in any another fso code this is the third time she do the same thing with me & now again she terminate me .she still hold my feb & march month salary & she also taken my Atm card & check book what can i do sir plz tell me because she is not picking my phone & sr. bm is also dnot want to talk with me
