I have booked Block Shriram Blue by paying 1 lac after I have noticed so many consumer complaints on Shriram properties because of delay in possession and I have requested Shriram Blue team to the include penality if builder not able to complete on time but they have not agreed to include penality clause in Aggrement. Hence i have cancelled my booking but not received refund of my 1 lac yet. Please help me

We have made an agreement paying 315000 a d they are not at all responding it was so much harder amount.we are into traps better to be in rented house.
