Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. — Complaint against shriram finance transport co. Ltd. Regarding not put emi chq.in my account for making over dues charges.

Dear sir,
Ref. To my vehicle no. Dl. 5 cj 0939 loan a/c no. Azdpro[protected] dt 14.10.2011 loan amount rs. 257000/- for the 45 installment of rs. 8285/- per month the period of 14/10/2011 to 26.10.2015. At time of loan i gave 45 signed cheque against installment. The chq was presenting in my account subsequently and get cleared also.
From january 2014 there is no cheque present in my account. After 2 month when i know that there is no chq. Has presenting in account i called the representative of bank who look my account in azadpur, delhi branch. They said by mistake we can’t present the cheque in your account now i am going to present it tomorrow, but there was no cheque present in my account. When i do not got cheque in clearing we called them then they told me cheque has misplace or lost some where you give us fresh cheque. I told i cant give you all fresh cheque remain, but you can collect the installment every month by cheque. But they donot continue to collect every month but they call me after 2 months or 3 months and i also paid them when they call for installment.in between your orgnisation transfer this account in other branch and they do not respond near about six months. I call the previous person they do not respond and said i left the job from shriram finance. So many time has passed and dues has increased.
After a year we got call from mayur vihar branch for dues amount. I went to branch and meet to mr. Saha dupty manager. They asked for the payment of all dues. I said i will pay the amount dues according to my installment remain and i cannot pay penalty and interest you charged extra. This is not my fault and i am still not pay the penalty.
Request you please resolve the matter and inform me by call [protected] or mail me [protected]@gmail.com within 7 days otherwise i have all documentary proof and i will move to consumer court.
