Deposited date - Jun'2013 and maturity date - 2016.
Since depositor got deceased, nominee details were filled up to get the refund amount.
I have been misdirected from 2016 to Nov'2018 stating i will get the refund and now i got a message that amount is not credited in their bank accounts.
Bank is showing connective failure issue. If that is the case, i might have got the refund for which proof is not provided..
Not indend to resolve any issue.. All staffs are playing blind game and ultimately depositors are suffering.
Burnt my finger and learnt a lesson.
