Since depositor got deceased, nominee details were filled up to get the refund amount.
I have been misdirected from 2016 to Nov'2018 stating i will get the refund and now i got a message that amount is not credited in their bank accounts.

I have been subscribing to chits for the last 10 years and as and when chit matures, I am converting chit amounts to your FDs. But last week I needed money urgently for medical emergency and I have been put to lot of difficulty in pre closing my FDs and getting my funds.
