I have applied for mark sheet lone on august 9-2017, i have already sent rs23500, 00 including file charge, service tax and guarantor charge, i talk with mrs sonal verma the authorized person of the company account freezes, it not possible to issue the lone, they agreed to refund my all amount within 90 days but after 100 days, there is no any replay from company and they will not refund my amount.
