I Paid full amount but they are not closing my loan account and not provide NOC. My loan account number is : DMI[protected]

Hi. Actually i took a loan of 25000/-in march 2018. 1 st 2 month they send me a link to pay the installment of the loan. But then they stop sending me the link. I totally forgot about the loan. And they also did not even took the initiative to tell that there is a loan amount pending to pay.
So in the month of dec2018 i check my credit score but it too low. I asked the reason bank agent told me that there is a outstanding loan amount pending for subh loans.
I called subhloans for the forecloser of the loan. The customer care officer told me that there is no loan going on your name. So i mailed them the screen short of subh loan application with my registered email id
They give me a foreclosure amount of rs 37642 to pay to close my loan. I paid the entire amount. Then i asked them regarding the noc letter. I told that the noc letter will be provided to you within 3working day.
I waited for 3daysbut did not get the noc. When i called them. They told me that they need5 working days more
So i want your help
I want the noc letter by today

I would like to lodge a complaint against shubhlabh finance (P) limited, first floor, room no. 502, p/o: bharangaon, uttarkashi, uttrakhand, india, pin-249193, phone:[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected], www.shubhlabhfinance.com, emails:[protected]@gmail.com for fraud/misleading information with willful intention.

I had applied for personal loan on the tune of 7, 00, 000.00 (7 lacs), and remitted rs 3500.00 as a file charges, which they approved loan as per file number slfpl/123/2016, on 17th august 2016 by sending me welcome letter & sanction letters duly signed by their directors.

But after approving the loan they asked me to pay 14.5% service tax, which amount rs 1, 01, 500, i contested that they required only file charges and which i already paid, and not any other charges and that they could not charge service tax as per law, they asked me to pay rs 50, 000.00 as a policy cover against the loan. Upon their written assurance i have paid rs 50, 000.00. Against this amount they sent me i policy cover duly signed and stamped.

Further when i requested them to disburse my loan amount they forced me to pay another rs 20, 000.00 as a bond and assured me that after this bond amount my loan would immediately be disbursed. Thus i had paid total rs 3500+ rs 50, 000 +rs 20, 000 = rs 73500 (Seventy three thousand five hundred only)

When i started chasing them for loan amount they either started making excuses or stopped picking my phone. One of their employee even abused me when i pressed them to pay my money.

In the mean time i spoken to people who are expert in this field, they suggested me that no personal loan is granted on 5% flat rate and no service tax can be charged and that they have never heard of bond amount. They also doubted on the website of shubhlabh, where misleading information about the profiles of directors is displayed.

We hereby request you to help me getting my money back and also investigate if this company is involved in circulation of money by fraudulent means. Further we request you to investigate if they might have duped many other aspirants of loan.

I shall always be ready to come and meet you to explain all facts about this company and their ways.

I have applied for mark sheet lone on august 9-2017, i have already sent rs23500, 00 including file charge, service tax and guarantor charge, i talk with mrs sonal verma the authorized person of the company account freezes, it not possible to issue the lone, they agreed to refund my all amount within 90 days but after 100 days, there is no any replay from company and they will not refund my amount. I sent number of reminder through email and call many times but they are not responding against my mail the email sand by the company are as follows.

I have applied for personal loan on June 2016. I have already sent Rs.121500/- including file charge, service tax and guarantor charge. I talk with Mrs. sonal verma the authorized person of the company in many times. They said an Income tax raid in their office and the company account was freezes, it not possible to issue the loan. They agreed to refund my all amount within 90 days. But after 130 days there is no any reply from company and they will not refund my amount.I sent number of reminder through email and call many times, But they are not attending my call and not responding against my mail.The email send by the company are as follows:

(Respected Mam,

This is to inform you that Company Decided to Refund your Whole amount accept File Charges, According to company policy your whole amount would be refund within 90 Days into your given Account number.

This is the Company TAT (Turn Around Time), because because all File will be re build all procedure will b cancelled by One By one because we have to answer the Government that's why we cancelled the approved loan so we have to tell them all our unfortunate happening that's why company will take their time.

We regret that we are unable to disburse your Loan amount into the given time we are extremely Sorry for the inconvenience.

But you knew the Situation till now we are facing the same situation.. but don't worry we try our best to send your money within 60 Days instead of 90 Days..we will try to refund your money ASAP but we are not sure that you will get in 60 Days but within 90 Days we are sure you will get your Money in your account..

Please till then keep patience and thanks for your cooperation...

I have applied mark sheet /personal loan rs.100000/- in shubhlabh finance... on applying with relevant documents they told that to pay the processing fees of rs 3500 after that you will receive your loan amount . after paying the amount... then no attend to my call & no reply in email . sir i request for you my processing fess return in my account & i have not interest in shubhlabh finance loan...

I have applied mark sheet /personal loan rs.300000/- in shubhlabh finance... on applying with relevant documents they told that to pay the processing fees of rs.1500 after that you will receive your loan amount there is no need to pay further any amount... after paying the amount... they forced me to pay rs.25000/- as advance service tax.. then only it is possible to give the loan and also declared that if i did not pay the amount we will close the file also we did not repay the processing fees also... if any person informed me about the service tax issue in advance i surely quit my loan process i will not pay my processing fee rs.1500... now i have lossed my money.. their final reply for asking my money

This is all you can do.. you are a third class low living person, with cheap mentality.. this is your true colors which you showed to us.. now you are trying to threat us and trying to forcing us for loan don't worry sir soon our legal department will handle you.

We are not doing cheating its clearly mentioned in website and sanction letter that file charges is not refundable we don't have to worry about anything.
